A No. We’re the same Credit Union you’ve come to know and trust.

Q Are you still part of Xerox?
A Yes. Our name and brand identity change will not affect our Xerox affiliation in any way.

Q Will my accounts be affected in any way?
A No. Existing accounts will not change, however we are in the process of developing valuable new services that will make your lives easier.

Q Will it affect my loan, credit report or direct deposit?
A No. Your loan, credit report and direct deposit will not be affected.

Q Will my checks and ATM cards still work?
A Yes. upon your next reorder, you’ll see the new name and logo.

Q How will the branch be affected?
A Many will receive new enhanced upgrades in technology and design to become more sophisticated Financial Centers. The same friendly associates will continue to serve you and will also be able to offer financial advice.

Q When does it all change?
A Beginning April 1, 2008, you’ll start to see materials and signs reflecting our new name and brand. You will also be able to expect a higher level of professional service as well as an enhanced web branch available 24/7 at xfcu.org.
