    6AM to 6PM Pacific Time
    7AM to 7PM Mountain Time
    8AM to 8PM Central Time
    9AM to 9PM Eastern Time

  • No cost for resolution questions on account--there may be a charge for Contact Center transactions when Xceed On-Call is available (i.e. balance inquiry, stop payment orders, copies of checks and statements)

Member assistance includes:
