- Speak to an Information Specialist 12 hours a day, Monday thru Friday:
6AM to 6PM Pacific Time
7AM to 7PM Mountain Time
8AM to 8PM Central Time
9AM to 9PM Eastern Time
- No cost for resolution questions on account--there may be a charge for Contact Center transactions when Xceed On-Call is available (i.e. balance inquiry, stop payment orders, copies of checks and statements)
