Here's what you've asked so far.
Q. How can I check my certificate's maturity date online?
A. Glad you asked! Simply log on to Xceed Online. On the account summary screen, you'll see the "certificates" section. To the left of each certificate is a "details" link. Click that link and you'll be sent to a page with lots of info about your certificate like maturity date, open date, APY, dividends paid to date, etc. Of course, if you have further questions about your account while online, you can drop us a secure note by clicking "mail box" at the top right of the screen, then "new message." Or, call us toll-free at 800.XFCU.222 or visit us in person at your nearest Financial Center. Happy banking!

Q. Can I open a certificate online?
A. I've got good news and even better news. The good news is that you can open up a certificate while online. The better news is that you can open any share account from within the security of Xceed Online! Checking, money market, club, and even certificates. Log on to Xceed Online and click the "Apply Online" link from within the top navigation menu (the gray bar at the top of your browser window). That will take you to another window where you can choose the product you'd like to open, along with additional options such as an ATM/Debit Card or overdraft protection. Your request will be securely transmitted to us for quick processing. Just as simple as that. Happy Banking!

Q. Should I consider a reverse mortgage?
A. I certainly wish I could simply say yes or no. Actually, there are a lot of things to consider when looking at reverse mortgages as a financial option. What is the value of your property? What is the length of time you are planning to stay in your home? What is the purpose for the money? Typically, loan repayments are not required until you move or pass away, depending on the specific loan terms. However, the total loan amount will continue to increase over time, and the up front costs for a reverse mortgage may be substantially higher in comparison to a conventional mortgage or home equity loan. Depending on your personal finances, we may be able to find a better alternative for you. Just give us a call.

Q. How can I pay my Xceed Platinum bill while online?
A. As I understand it, you may certainly use Xceed Online to set up monthly payments for your Xceed Platinum Visa. However, at this time, Metavante (our Bill Pay vendor) has a paper check payment agreement—not electronic—with PSCU (our Visa credit card vendor). It is much quicker to make payments electronically through the PSCU Infolink site.
Let me walk you through the process:
- Look for your Visa Platinum account listed under the Account Summary’s Loan section of Xceed Online. Clicking this link will take the member to the secure PSCU Infolink website.
- Click on Payment Options from the Recent Activity screen, or click on Make a Payment from the Online Services screen.
- Enter the institution routing number and account number. PSCU will accept payments from any financial institution.
- The effective date when the first payment can be made will display. This initial payment date may be delayed up to 10 days due to verification requirements during the PSCU enrollment process.
- Once enrollment is complete, members can simply click on the Select Activity drop-down menu and select Make a Payment Now, input the amount, and submit. Payments are posted within 2 business days.
I hope that's been helpful. Of course, if you need further assistance getting your payments set up, please don't hesitate to give us a call. It's our pleasure.
